Durham Book Festival
A proposal for the 2010 festival, designed whilst on placement at Sumo
The interaction with books – turning pages, feeling the paper, and visualising
the story written on pages of books are portrayed through cutting into paper,
whilst also expressing that you don't need move from your seat to gain experience.
Each of the three posters reflects a certain part of the festival – fiction,
non–fiction and workshops, where the colours reflect those from the identity.
